First experience in this place, driven by the many superpositive reviews received about it from friends and acquaintances, and I can't say it wasn't positive: - Even though it was Saturday and the place was full, the waiting times for the pizza didn't turn out to be biblical. ☑️ - The menu is varied and interesting, it ranges from classic pizzas to the more sophisticated and refined ones and after all the prices are within limits. ☑️ - From what I could see the raw materials are of high quality but I wasn't convinced by the pistachio cream on my pizza, in fact I recognized the typical quality in it that can also be found in discount products, and it's a shame because it didn't match with the excellent quality of everything else. ❌ - The pizza overall is worth it, however on some there were really too many burnt spots (as can be seen in the photo) and the thickness of the dough varied considerably from pizza to pizza, in fact one turned out to be too thin and another perfect. ❌ All in all a positive experience but in all honesty, given the excellent reputation it carries, I expected a little more.

Delicious pizza, light dough with good leavening. Well balanced and not predictable flavours. Quality ingredients and pizza full of toppings, you never get a bite without toppings. Pizza not only Neapolitan but also of a high standard. Unfortunately ours had some slightly burnt parts of the cornice. Highly recommended pizzeria. It is possible to book by telephone.
